Phone compatibility
Check your phone has eSIM
Dial *#06#. If an EID (a 32-digit number) appears, the phone usually has eSIM.
Recent iPhones and many Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy and other Android phones support eSIM. Some regional models don't, so go by the EID check rather than the model name.
Check it isn't carrier-locked
A carrier-locked phone can't use another provider's eSIM. Phones bought on a contract may be locked, so ask your carrier whether yours is unlocked.
Tablets and watches
Some eSIM-capable tablets work, but must be set up the way that device requires. Check before buying, and message us if unsure.
If it turns out not to be compatible
Checking that your phone supports eSIM and isn't locked is your responsibility before purchase. See the refund policy for details.
